How our service works

• The manager usually sends before arrival, a form called 'Bar Preference List' in which guests fill in what are their cellar requirements  during their stay. By clicking on the link: Villas Preference List, you can download a sample of the form to your computer.

• We create the wine and spirits supply list, based on the preferences and profile of the guests, as well as the framework defined by the manager.

• A competitive offer is sent for final approval.
